Design by Sentiments is a small independent shop selling printable greeting cards. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we keep it to a minimum, we do not sell your data, and there are no accounts to sign up for.
What we collect
There are only two situations where any information reaches us.
- If you accept cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which cards get viewed, how people move around, outbound clicks to Etsy, file downloads, and what gets typed into the shop search. This data is anonymous and grouped. It does not include your name or email, and we cannot use it to identify you. Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies until you press Accept.
- If you use the contact form: we collect the name, email address and message you choose to send, so we can read it and reply. That is the only personal information we ask for.
What we do not do
- No user accounts, logins or sign ups.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your data for marketing.
- No payment or card details on this site. Buying a card happens on Etsy, under Etsy’s own privacy policy.
- No advertising or ad-tracking cookies.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website can store in your browser. We use as few as possible.
- Analytics cookies (for example
_ga), set by Google Analytics, and only after you accept. They help count visits and understand traffic. You can decline these and the site works exactly the same. - Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask you every time. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Who processes this data
- Google Analytics processes anonymous usage data, only with your consent.
- Web3Forms delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Etsy handles all purchases, checkout and payment when you buy a card.
- Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services host and serve the website.
Keeping it and your rights
We keep contact-form messages only as long as we need them to help you. Analytics data is retained by Google under their standard settings. You can ask us what contact information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. This site is meant for general audiences and is not directed at children.

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you have a question, just get in touch.
